Each week throughout the season, we will recognize athletes across the 5 Star Midsouth organization who have stood out through their performance, consistency, and impact on the field. From clutch hits to dominant outings on the mound, this week’s group put together impressive performances.

His disciplined approach resulted in four hit-by-pitches, and once on base, he created havoc with three stolen bases. Ramsey continues to be a spark plug for the 13U Black squad.

Cameron Holland

Holland continued his hot start to the season, hitting .571 with a .667 on-base percentage. He added an extra-base hit with a double and showcased his speed by swiping five bases. Cameron’s ability to consistently put pressure on opposing defenses has been a major factor in the team’s recent success.

Ames Thomas

Thomas filled up the stat sheet with a .444 average, two doubles, a triple, a home run, and four RBIs. His ability to drive the baseball into the gaps and produce runs in key situations made him one of the most dangerous hitters throughout the weekend.

2029 Gold

Evan Stewart

Stewart turned in one of the premier pitching performances of the season by throwing a complete-game no-hitter. Over six dominant innings, he struck out 11 hitters while posting a 0.00 ERA for the week. His command, competitiveness, and ability to attack hitters from start to finish helped lead 2029 Gold to a big victory.

Knox Palmer

Palmer continued to provide steady production in the lineup, batting .600 with a .714 on-base percentage. Time and time again, Knox found ways to get on base and create opportunities for the offense, making him a key contributor during the weekend.

2029 Black

Keegan Lewis

Lewis put together a complete offensive performance, hitting .500 with a .636 on-base percentage. He added two doubles, drove in two runs, and stole six bases. His ability to impact the game in multiple ways made him one of the top performers for the 2029 Black squad.

Wesley Lucas

Lucas showcased his versatility by contributing both at the plate and on the mound. Offensively, he hit .667 with an impressive .800 on-base percentage. On the mound, he logged five innings while striking out seven hitters. Wesley’s all-around performance helped power 2029 Black throughout the weekend.

2028 Black

Xander Jackson

Jackson continued to be one of the most reliable two-way players in the program. At the plate, he hit .467 with a double, triple, and four RBIs. On the mound, he added 4.1 innings and four strikeouts. His ability to impact games in every phase continues to make him a valuable piece of the 2028 Black roster.

Caden Baxter

Baxter delivered a complete-game effort that helped anchor the 2028 Black pitching staff. Over seven innings, he allowed just two earned runs while striking out four. His ability to attack the strike zone and work deep into the game gave his team a chance to win from the first pitch to the final out.
